Future Students

Orientation for International Students begins here at Griffith University on Monday 11th July.

International Students at Orientation

Welcome to Griffith!

If you are planning your departure from home, are on your way to Australia or have just arrived in beautiful sunny (although sometimes a little bit rainy) Queensland. Whether by plane from Overseas or  train, car and bus from interstate. You might be wondering where to start?

The best advice from us here at Griffith is don’t miss Orientation!

It is the personal, social and academic ‘Kick Start’ to the semester ahead and success in your studies…

The International Student Orientation program starts on Monday 11th to Friday 15th July and is followed immediately after by the General Orientation Week from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd July.

Our world famous GI Mates (international student peer support team) will be here to welcome you and provide any assistance that you may need as will the altogether wise and worldly Griffith International Student Advisors for all of our amazing campuses.

Most of the activities do take place on the Nathan & Gold Coast campuses, so check out our Orientation page for details and a great slideshow of events at Nathan from last year.

A full orientation schedule can be found at the Student Orientation Events Finder where you can login to find activities for your program of study and other school based events.

Happy travels!

We look forward to seeing you on a Griffith campus soon!
